Use of the facility is offered in convenient all-inclusive packages depending on the type of use required. Professional management is on premise for all functions. The facility has a connecting Business Class Executive Guestroom available for staging, break out, and overnight stays.

EXECUTIVE MEETING PACKAGE
Half Day Rate (8am-12n or 1pm-5pm) $250.00
Full Day Rate (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) $375.00

INCLUDES Includes meeting room rental, continental breakfast in our Lobby Café, morning and afternoon beverage service, unlimited high-speed Internet service for up to 12 users, 42-inch Plasma Screen for presentations, use of our Windows XP Pro laptop PC with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, CD/DVD and VHS recorder/ player, document camera, overhead projector, slide projector, screen, flip charts, easel pads, podium, whiteboards, color printer, copier, fax and scanner, office supplies, local telephone service, 2-line wireless telephone and telephone/speakerphone conference call system. Long distance telephone, voice conference call and fax charges are additional. International and custom domestic long distance modes may incur additional service charges.
NET MEETING PACKAGE
Half Day Rate - $250 Plus facilitator and set-up fee if required
Full Day Rate - $375 Plus facilitator and set-up fee if required

INCLUDES all Executive Meeting Package features and services, plus available Facilitator and Meeting Set-up fee.

Additional on-site technical and facilitation services are availble for all Net Meeting and Executive Meeting Packages on a fee schedule based on your requirements. Catered snack and meal service, from deli to fine dining are available at additional charges.
